Examples

First make sure dasobert.jar is in your classpath: 
export CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH:$DASODIR/ant-build/dasobert.jar"
Get a reference sequence: Go into 
cd $DASODIR/doc/examples/
javac GetSequence.java
java getSequence
which should provide approx the following output: 


$ java GetSequence
